Patient Satisfaction Survey Results

We’d like to thank everyone who took part in our biggest-ever patient satisfaction survey. More than 1200 patients were asked their opinion of our Patient Services Team and Drivers, and the results are very encouraging.
 
95% thought that the Patient Services Team they deal with are extremely helpful

97% thought the courtesy of the people they dealt with was excellent

93% rated their overall experience as excellent

The survey also gave us a chance to ask patients about their views of enhancements we’re looking to make to the service. As ever, your feedback is essential.
