We can deliver our services to any appropriate location in the heart of communities across the country. Sealed consignments are despatched from pharmacy and onward delivery via unmarked van to the patient Evolution Homecare’s flexible approach to deliveries ensures that patients can choose to have their medication delivered to:
• Other location (neighbour / family – nominated signatories required)
• Lloydspharmacy retail outlets (>1,600 nationwide)
All of Evolution Homecare’s deliveries are carried out by a fleet of temperature controlled vehicles which include twin chamber (ambient and chill) as well as dedicated chill vehicles. All vehicles carrying chilled product are checked before loading to ensure they are at the required temperature.
Our specially trained drivers provide a flexible, personalised delivery and waste-collection service. Easily recognisable in smart uniforms and ID, they are constantly in touch with the Patient Services Team. Confidentiality and reliability is a priority and, whenever possible, our drivers keep regular routes and get to know each patient, for familiarity, reassurance and continuity of care.
Postal deliveries are carried out by the Royal Mail, using their guaranteed by 1pm next day, “Special Delivery Service”. Evolution Homecare produce the delivery label using the Royal Mail Despatch Express software application
