Overnight service
With eight MHRA-approved depots, we have the UK covered. Prescriptions prepared at our Bedford pharmacy at 4pm are ready for dispatch to a patient by 6am the next day.
Qualified drivers
Our specially trained drivers provide a flexible, personalised delivery and waste-collection service. Easily recognisable in smart uniforms and ID, they are constantly in touch with the Patient Services Team. Confidentiality and reliability is a priority and, whenever possible, our drivers keep regular routes and get to know each patient, for familiarity, reassurance and continuity of care.
Chilled delivery
Whatever the medicine, we can deliver. Our advanced dual-temperature vehicles combine ambient and chilled storage under closely monitored conditions, via the cab display and our satellite link. This means we can deliver a patient’s entire prescription in one visit. This cuts emissions, costs and inconvenience.
Total care
Our drivers will place medicines in the patient’s fridge if necessary, ensuring they remain in perfect condition. We can even provide printed proof of temperature at each point of delivery. Our storage records are kept for six years.
